Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services, to support ongoing Workday Adaptive Planning AMS engagements. You will help clients maintain a stable, scalable planning environment, act as escalation point for issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet budgeting and forecasting goals.

The role requires 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning, strong communication, and ability to travel about 25% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning incl. post-implementation enhancements and incident resolution.
• Willingness to travel 25% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for issues in the AMS queue (models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, security).
• Gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and configure Workday Adaptive Planning including model updates and reporting changes.
• Support release and environment management activities including sandbox-to-production migrations and documentation upkeep.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders.
• Monitor integrations and data processes including actuals feeds, HCM integrations, data loads, and version management.
