Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join the Digital Advisory Services practice. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve clients' financial reporting, planning, and forecasting.

You will work on a variety of projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to delivering client value while maintaining strong client relationships. Travel ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors in accounting, finance, or MIS.
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to integrate data from ERP systems.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of corporate financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams on time and with high-quality deliverables.
• Lead client sessions to map operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning per client needs.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and JDBC with ERP data.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of tools and systems implemented.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce data compilation time.
• Support end-to-end implementation including testing and optimization.
