Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and utilize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve clients' financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes across multiple projects.

You will deliver workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with client teams to map operations, define goals, and drive strategic outcomes with robust data integrations and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience preferred.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, SQL and integration platforms to connect ERP data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Map client operations, define planning goals and key metrics for decision making.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting and planning models within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, JavaScript, SQL and other platforms.
• Provide training to client teams to maximize effective tool use.
• Travel as needed (approx. 20%).
