Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join the Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services practice. You will help clients improve financial reporting, planning, and forecasting by implementing and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.

You will work on diverse projects, mentor associates, and collaborate with client teams to achieve business outcomes, with travel about 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
• Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, delivering workstreams and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate working sessions with client teams to map business operations and define goals for planning cycles.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and other integration platforms.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of implemented tools.
