Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will help clients implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve financial reporting, planning and forecasting.

You will work on diverse projects, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate across teams to map requirements, configure solutions, and deliver high-quality results while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting; 1 year of corporate financial planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate sessions to map clients' operations and identify planning metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Support end-to-end implementation, including configuration, testing, and optimization.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and other tools.
• Automate workflows and reports to streamline financial processes.
• Help clients reduce time spent on data compilation to focus on analysis and strategy.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective tool use.
