Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Digital Advisory Services. You will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning projects, helping clients improve financial reporting, planning, and forecasting.

You will work with a variety of client projects, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the growth of the practice while traveling approximately 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of corporate financial planning experience.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects from discovery through deployment.
• Build, configure, and maintain forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and other platforms.
• Provide training and client advisory to ensure effective use of tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve decision-making.
