Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from a wide variety of ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Map business operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC.
• Train client teams to ensure effective use of tools and systems implemented.
• Identify opportunities to reduce time spent compiling data for analysis.
• Support the implementation process from discovery through deployment.
