Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin‑tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations and planning goals.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations with ERP systems using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and JDBC.
• Train client teams to ensure effective use of implemented tools.
