Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will contribute to implementing and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning across client engagements, improving financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes and delivering client value.

You will work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and help drive business outcomes through effective data integration and analytical insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors include accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or info systems preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• 1+ year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Experience with FP&A and financial systems preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment with high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning aligning with client requirements.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and other platforms.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of new systems.
