Job summary

Baker Tilly US seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will contribute to implementing, supporting, and using Workday Adaptive Planning to improve clients' financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes, while building your career across a wide range of services.

As part of the team, you will deliver implementation workstreams, mentor associates, and work closely with client teams to map operations, define planning goals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or FP&A is advantageous.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL and data integration into ERP systems.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience and 1 year of planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations and define planning goals.
• Build and maintain forecasting models aligned with best practices.
• Configure integrations using JavaScript, SQL and APIs with ERP systems.
• Provide training and mentor junior consultants on projects.
• Support end-to-end project delivery and drive client value.
