Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning to improve clients' financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes, while collaborating across diverse projects and roles.

As part of the team, you will deliver workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and work with ERP integrations to drive business value and decision-making for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• 3+ years corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Experience with FP&A, financial systems, or consulting is a plus.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, SQL and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams from discovery through deployment, maintaining high-quality deliverables and timelines.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations, define planning goals and KPIs.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC and other platforms.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of implemented tools.
• Identify opportunities to reduce data compilation time for analysis and decision-making.
