Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP, a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will apply industry and technical experience to help clients improve their financial planning and forecasting processes across a variety of industries.

As part of a diverse team, you will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning, configure integrations, mentor junior staff, and deliver high-quality client outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3+ years in corporate finance, FP&A or FP&A in consulting.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong JavaScript and SQL skills.
• Able to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery through deployment.
• Lead sessions with client teams to map processes and define planning metrics.
• Configure and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Integrate data from ERP systems via APIs, SQL and JDBC.
• Provide client training to ensure effective tool usage.
