Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our Digital Advisory Services practice. You will implement, support and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to help clients improve financial reporting, planning and forecasting. You will work on diverse projects and collaborate with client teams and peers.

You will deliver configuration, integrations, and advisory services, mentoring junior consultants and ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems
• Minimum of 3 years corporate financial accounting experience required
• Minimum of 1 year corporate financial planning experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams and maintain high-quality deliverables
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations and planning goals
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Support end-to-end implementation, testing and optimization
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and JDBC
• Automate workflows and reports to improve client processes
• Train client teams to use the tools effectively
• Travel approximately 20% as needed
