Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our Digital Advisory Services practice. You will contribute to implementing and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance clients' financial planning, forecasting and reporting capabilities.

You will deliver defined workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with client teams to map processes, design solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years of corporate financial accounting experience.
• 1+ year of corporate financial planning experience preferred.
• Experience in EPM/FP&A or financial systems is preferred.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations and define planning goals.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations with ERP systems.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of the tools.
