Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment. The role translates complex budgeting and forecasting needs into scalable Adaptive models, reports, dashboards, and planning solutions that are intuitive, controlled, and sustainable.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, develop solutions, and maximize the value of Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning administration, development, and reporting.
• Experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, and formulas.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment.
• Build models, dimensions, sheets, and security; develop reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into Adaptive configurations and reporting; design dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to improve planning and reporting processes; manage integrations.
