Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. The role: administer, model, and report on Adaptive Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You will collaborate with Finance, HRIS, ITS, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations. You will also lead integration efforts with Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM, ensuring data governance and platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, calculations, business rules, and model structures.
• Experience creating inbound and outbound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and subject matter expert.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures, including models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, business rules, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage Adaptive Planning user access, roles, permissions, and security with data governance and controls.
• Maintain system documentation, technical procedures, and training materials; conduct user trainings.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and planning solutions balancing flexibility, usability, and controls.
• Partner with Finance to define complex reporting requirements and translate them into Adaptive reports and dashboards.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations and data flows between Workday components and Adaptive Planning.
