Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to administer, model build, and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment. You will lead development of planning solutions, reporting, and dashboards for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, controlled Adaptive models, reports, and planning solutions, ensuring data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in admin/developer/model builder roles with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• 3+ years specifically using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning environment.
• Develop models, reports and dashboards for planning and decision support.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and security across the Adaptive Planning platform.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and maintain documentation.
