Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting for the Adaptive Planning platform. You will own the planning environment, develop scalable models, and deliver dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision‑making.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Adaptive solutions, aligning with controls, data governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in admin/developer/model builder/analyst roles with 3+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and management reporting packages.
• Strong understanding of Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, formulas, and models.
• Experience creating in/outbound integrations between Workday components.
• Strong FP&A knowledge including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day operations.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, data governance, and security with data integrity.
• Maintain documentation and conduct training for users and stakeholders.
• Design Adaptive models and planning solutions balancing flexibility with controls.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate to Adaptive reports.
• Collaborate with HR to develop workforce planning models and reporting.
• Develop, monitor, reconcile, and troubleshoot integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Engage with technical teams on data architecture, APIs, and integration issues.
• Lead discussions to identify business needs and evaluate solution approaches.
