Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, modeling, and reporting. This hands-on role drives budgeting, forecasting, and decision-support across the Finance and Analytics functions.

You’ll partner with Finance, HR, IT and business stakeholders, own the Adaptive Planning environment, and shape how data informs financial and workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on admin/developer work with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business, IS, or analytics.
• Proven experience building complex Adaptive Planning reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and management reporting packages.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes and budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME.
• Design and maintain Adaptive models, sheets, and security.
• Translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, actuals, and workforce planning solutions.
• Manage user access, data governance, and system integrations with Workday.
• Create documentation and conduct trainings for users.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to maximize platform value.
• Monitor performance and optimize configurations for maintainability.
