Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to own the system, build models, and deliver reporting for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning. You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions, while maintaining data governance, security, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in admin/developer/model builder roles with 3+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and management reporting packages.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures, models, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations.
• Manage user access, security, and data governance.
• Develop documentation and conduct user trainings.
• Design Adaptive models and planning solutions for FP&A.
• Collaborate with Finance/HR to define reporting requirements.
• Develop integrations between Workday systems.
• Support stakeholder discussions and evaluate solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
