Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting across the Adaptive Planning environment. You will translate complex financial requirements into scalable models and dashboards, collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to maximize the platform's value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst role (3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, and models.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures including models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations, reports, dashboards, and planning solutions.
• Manage user access, security, data governance, and monitor system performance and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides; conduct trainings.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and FP&A solutions balancing flexibility with controls.
• Collaborate with Finance/HR/IT to define complex reporting requirements and translate into Adaptive reporting solutions.
• Develop, maintain, monitor, reconcile and troubleshoot integrations between Workday modules.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, data architecture, and APIs.
