Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting across the Adaptive Planning platform. This hands-on role partners with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will own adaptive structures, manage security and data flows, develop dashboards and OfficeConnect reports, and optimize planning processes including budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Demonstrated experience building complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures, including models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, rules, attributes, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning.
• Develop, monitor, reconcile and troubleshoot integrations and data flows between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
