Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model, report, and optimize the Adaptive Planning environment to support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable planning solutions and ensure data governance and security. Remote-friendly role with state-appropriate flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity; 3+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and expert for day-to-day administration and optimization.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures including models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations, reporting solutions, and planning processes.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, data governance and system performance.
• Develop documentation, training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models applying FP&A best practices for financial planning and management.
• Define complex reporting requirements and translate into Adaptive reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations and data flows between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with FINSYS, HRIS and ITS on integrations and data architecture.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
