Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Women’s Outerwear design experience, including technical, outdoor and performance products.
• Strong jacket engineering and construction knowledge; ability to design based on function.
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools for design, research, visualization and product development.

Responsabilités

• Own the creative direction and development of Women’s technical and performance outerwear categories.
• Produce technical drawings, detailed tech packs and garment construction details.
• Select materials, insulation systems and trims for each product.
• Develop silhouettes balancing women's fit with technical performance and commercial appeal.
• Monitor marketplace with trend/research and translate findings into new silhouettes and features.
• Collaborate with Production teams and overseas factories to evaluate costing and optimize material/construction costs.
• Find cost efficiencies while preserving quality and design intent.
• Incorporate AI technologies into daily design and development workflows.
• Research new AI design tools to improve outerwear processes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Merchandising, Production and overseas factories.
