Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Women’s Outerwear design experience.
• Significant exposure to technical, outdoor and performance products.
• Strong knowledge of jacket engineering and construction.
• Ability to merge technical functionality with feminine design and commercial appeal.
• AI proficiency is required with hands-on tools for design and development.
• Portfolio must demonstrate substantial Women’s Outerwear experience and technical construction.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction and development of Women’s technical and performance outerwear categories.
• Produce technical drawings, detailed tech packs and garment construction details.
• Select and apply outerwear materials, insulation systems and trims based on product needs.
• Develop silhouettes balancing women’s fit and technical performance with commercial appeal.
• Monitor trends via research and translate findings into new silhouettes and features.
• Collaborate with Production and overseas manufacturing partners on costing and optimization.
• Find cost efficiencies while maintaining product quality and design intent.
• Incorporate AI-powered technology into design and development processes.
• Research new AI design technologies to improve outerwear development.
