Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of jacket engineering and construction to base designs on function.
• Expertise in women’s fit, proportion, silhouette, insulation and functional components.
• Ability to merge technical functionality with feminine design and commercial appeal.
• AI proficiency using design, research, visualization and product development tools.
• Portfolio must demonstrate substantial Women’s Outerwear experience with technical construction details.

Aufgaben

• Own the creative direction and development of Women’s technical and performance outerwear categories.
• Produce technical drawings, detailed tech packs and garment construction details.
• Select and apply outerwear materials, insulation systems and trims based on product needs.
• Develop silhouettes balancing women’s fit and technical performance with aesthetics.
• Monitor market trends and translate findings into new silhouettes, materials and features.
• Collaborate with Production teams and overseas factories to evaluate costing and optimize costs.
• Incorporate AI into the design process for concept creation, trend analysis and visualization.
• Research new AI design technologies to improve development processes.
• Maintain communication with Merchandising, Production and overseas factories through the product lifecycle.
