• Proven cost-engineering skills with manufacturing partners.
• Forward-thinking approach to technology and AI in design.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical construction, fit and finished products.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction for Women’s technical and performance outerwear categories.
• Produce technical drawings, detailed tech packs and construction details.
• Select materials, insulation systems and trims based on product needs.
• Develop silhouettes balancing fit and technical performance with feminine aesthetics.
• Monitor market trends and translate findings into new silhouettes and innovations.
• Collaborate with Production and overseas manufacturers to evaluate costing and identify cost improvements.
• Find cost efficiencies while maintaining quality, performance and design intent.
• Incorporate AI-powered technology into the design and development process.
• Research and evaluate new AI design technologies to improve processes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Merchandising, Production and factories through the lifecycle.
