Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating technical construction, fit, fabrication and completed products

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction and development of Women’s technical and performance outerwear categories
• Produce technical drawings, detailed tech packs and garment construction details
• Select and apply appropriate outerwear materials, insulation systems and functional trims
• Develop silhouettes balancing women’s fit with technical performance and aesthetics
• Monitor the marketplace through trend and competitive research and translate findings into new silhouettes and features
• Collaborate with Production and overseas manufacturing partners on costing and optimization
• Incorporate AI into design and development processes and explore new AI design technologies
