Job summary

Pillar Innovations, LLC is hiring a Tower Technician III - Wireless Services to install, repair, and upgrade equipment at communications sites, including elevated work. You will lead a team of up to six technicians, ensure safety standards, and travel as needed to support projects nationwide.

The role requires experience with tower rigs, RF testing, and coordination with construction managers. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in installing and maintaining cabling, antennas, tower builds, site inspections.
• Fluency in English is required and driver’s license is necessary.
• Ability to follow rigid safety standards and use PPE properly.

Responsibilities

• Build and upgrade wireless infrastructure at sites, including tower mods and L&A installs.
• Read site documents such as Construction Drawings and RF Data Sheets.
• Safely perform elevated installations and troubleshooting.
• Lead and mentor a team of up to 6 performers.
• Coordinate with Foremen on labor, materials, and tasks.
• Develop rigging plans and execute hoisting operations.
