Job summary

Pillar Innovations, LLC is seeking a Tower Technician I - Wireless Services to safely install, repair, and upgrade equipment at communications sites, on the ground or elevated. Travel and extended hours may be required, with performance expected across commercial and industrial locations.

You will work under supervision, representing Pillar Innovations with professionalism, and report to the Construction Manager – Wireless Services from your assigned location.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience installing and maintaining cabling, antennas, microwave dishes, tower builds, site inspections, lighting systems.
• Valid Driver's License required and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to take on and learn new tasks and skills.
• Certifications such as Authorized/Competent Climber, Rescuer, ANSI A10.48 Rigging, RF Awareness, OSHA 10 are required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Build and upgrade wireless infrastructure on towers and sites.
• Read site documents like drawings and RF data sheets.
• Safely perform equipment installations at elevated heights.
• Troubleshoot and fix equipment and network issues.
• Document labor, materials, and job costs accurately.
• Follow MOPs and scope of work to complete tasks.
