Job summary

Pillar Innovations, LLC is seeking a Tower Technician II - Wireless Services to safely install, repair, and upgrade equipment at communications sites, including elevated work. The role requires travel, weekend and holiday availability, and a commitment to safety.

You will report to the Construction Manager – Wireless Services and operate from the assigned location. The position emphasizes hands-on installation, reading site docs, and collaborating with a team to ensure reliable wireless networks

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience installing and maintaining cabling, antennas, microwave dishes, tower builds, site inspections, lighting systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and upgrade wireless infrastructure at sites, including tower mods and line & antenna installs.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, RF data sheets, and structural analyses.
• Safely perform installations and upgrades at elevated heights; troubleshoot and fix issues.
