Job summary

InfraServices LLC is seeking a Tower Technician III to lead field crews in installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless towers and related infrastructure. The role emphasizes safety, on-time delivery, and quality, with responsibilities including training junior staff and coordinating site activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in tower work, certifications such as OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR, and a strong ability to interpret RF specs and drawings. Travel may be extensive.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive experience in wireless tower construction or field services.
• Experience overseeing crews and supporting field operations.
• Must have or obtain OSHA 30 Construction Training Card.
• Must have or obtain First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Must have or obtain Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician on site, directing daily crew operations and safety compliance.
• Climb and work on towers up to 500 feet.
• Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, and related hardware.
• Read construction drawings and RF specs and ensure proper execution.
• Perform sweep, fiber, and PIM testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain equipment and ensure clean, organized job sites.
