Job summary

Pillar Innovations is seeking a Tower Technician III - Wireless Services to safely install, repair, and upgrade equipment at wireless sites, both on the ground and at height. You will lead a team of up to six technicians and report to the Construction Manager - Wireless Services, with frequent travel and flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with tower installs, rigging, RF testing, and a safety-first mindset. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and upgrade wireless infrastructure at sites.
• Read and interpret site drawings and RF data sheets.
• Safely perform equipment installations at height.
• Lead and mentor a crew of up to 6 technicians.
• Obtain customer approvals for changes and manage safety.
