Job summary

InfraServices LLC is seeking a Tower Technician III to lead field crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless towers and related infrastructure. You’ll ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards, while training teammates and coordinating site activities.

The role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to travel regularly to job sites, including overnight stays, with a safety-first approach and strict adherence to

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
3–5 years in wireless tower construction or field services.
OSHA 30 Construction Training Card and other relevant certs.
Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead tower crews on site, directing daily operations and safety.
Climb towers up to 500 feet and perform on-site installations.
Install, align, troubleshoot antennas, radios, cables, and mounts.
Interpret construction drawings and RF specs for现场 work.
Oversee testing (sweep, PIM, fiber) and ensure quality standards.
Maintain equipment and uphold safety training for the crew.
