InfraServices is seeking a senior Tower Technician III to lead wireless tower crews, oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of towers and related infrastructure. The role demands advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

You will train team members, coordinate site activities, and ensure high-quality work while meeting project timelines. Travel to multiple job sites and support field operations are required.

Qualifications

• Must have progressive experience leading wireless tower crews.
• Proven ability to complete complex tower work independently and guide others.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training or higher is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required or obtainable.
• Competent Rigging and Hoisting certification or equivalent.
• Several relevant safety and RF certifications may be required per scope.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site tower crew operations, ensuring adherence to scope, safety and quality standards.
• Climb towers up to 500 feet and perform installations, alignments, and troubleshooting of antennas and radios.
• Review drawings, site plans, and RF specs to guide field work and testing.
• Perform advanced tests (sweep, PIM, fiber) and document results and QA checks.
• Train and mentor junior team members and coordinate site activities.
