Job summary

InfraServices LLC is hiring a Tower Technician III to lead on-site crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless towers and related infrastructure. The role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and timely completion.

You will train team members, coordinate site activities, and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in wireless tower work, relevant certifications (OSHA 30, Rigging), and the ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related trade school.
• 3–5 years of wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification.
• Other relevant certifications may be required per scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician on site, directing daily crew operations and safety.
• Climb and work on towers up to 500 feet.
• Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, cables, connectors, and mounts.
• Interpret construction drawings, site plans, and RF specifications.
• Perform advanced testing: sweep, PIM, fiber inspections; QA checks.
• Maintain rigging, hoisting equipment; ensure safe use.
• Mentor and train less experienced team members; travel to sites as needed.
