Job summary

Pillar Innovations, LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman - Wireless Services to safely complete equipment installations, repairs, and upgrades at communications sites. You will lead a team of up to six technicians, mentoring members and ensuring work is performed to high safety and quality standards.

The role requires travel and working at heights, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. The candidate will read site drawings, edit RF data sheets, and manage documentation and change

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wireless industry with project management ability.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to follow strict safety standards and PPE use.
• OSHA 30 or higher within 6 months of hire.
• Leadership skills to supervise a team of up to 6 technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Wireless Services team of up to 6 technicians.
• Plan and execute tower installations, upgrades, and tests.
• Read and interpret site drawings and RF data sheets.
• Perform pre/post-work site audits and daily documentation.
• Develop rigging plans and hoisting operations per standards.
• Ensure on-schedule project delivery with quality control.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and tasks with management.
• Travel to commercial and industrial locations as needed.
