Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a senior Tower Technician III to lead crews on wireless tower projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality installations and maintenance. You will train team members, coordinate site activities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple on-site tasks while traveling to various sites, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services.
• Experience overseeing crews and supporting field operations.
• Ability to complete complex tower work independently and guide others.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification.
• Other relevant certifications may be required per scope (NWSA, HazCom, Blood Born Pathogen, RF Safety).

Responsibilities

• Lead tower crews on site, directing daily operations and ensuring safety and quality.
• Climb and work on towers up to 500 feet and oversee installations and alignments.
• Interpret construction drawings, site plans, and RF specifications.
• Perform sweep, fiber, and PIM testing and troubleshoot systems.
• Maintain rigging, hoisting, and safety equipment; complete documentation daily.
• Travel to job sites, including overnight stays.
