Job summary

InfraServices in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Tower Technician III to lead on-site tower crews for installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless infrastructure. You will train teammates, coordinate site activities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering quality work.

Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential. The role requires climbing towers up to 500 feet, reading construction drawings, performing RF testing, and maintaining critical equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related trade training.
• Experience and certifications listed under Education are required or preferred as described.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician on site, directing daily crew operations to meet safety and quality standards.
• Climb and work on towers up to 500 feet; install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, cables, connectors, and mounts.
• Interpret construction drawings, site plans, and RF specs; perform sweep, fiber, and PIM testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain safety programs, conduct QA checks, and train junior team members.
• Manage rigging, hoisting equipment, and site tools; document daily reports and site photos.
• Travel regularly to job sites, including overnight stays.
