Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Tower Technician III in Colorado to lead on-site tower crews for installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless infrastructure. You will apply advanced technical knowledge, mentor teammates, coordinate site activities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, climbing towers up to 500 feet, reviewing drawings and RF specs, performing sweep/PIM/fiber testing, and documenting work. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of wireless tower construction/maintenance experience.
• Experience overseeing crews and field operations.
• Ability to climb towers and work at heights safely.
• Climber/Rescue, OSHA 30 Construction, First Aid/CPR, Rigging & Hoisting certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site tower crews, directing daily operations and safety.
• Climb towers up to 500 feet and perform installation, alignment, and troubleshooting of antennas and mounts.
• Review construction drawings, site plans, and RF specifications; ensure QA and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct advanced testing (sweep, PIM, fiber) and document site activities.
• Train and mentor teammates, coordinate site activities, and maintain safety protocols.
• Travel regularly to job sites, with potential overnight stays.
