Job summary

InfraServices LLC is seeking a Tower Technician III to lead on-site crews responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers and related infrastructure.

The role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to train team members while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and timely completion of work. Travel up to 75% and ability to work at heights are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related trade school education.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services.
• Ability to oversee crews and support field operations; lead complex tower work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technician on site, directing daily crew operations.
• Climb and work on communication towers up to 500 feet.
• Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, cables, and mounts.
• Interpret construction drawings, site plans, and RF specs.
• Perform advanced testing (sweep, PIM, fiber) and ensure quality and safety compliance.
