Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Tower Technician III to lead on-site tower crews in installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless towers and related infrastructure up to 500 feet, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. This senior role trains teammates, coordinates site activities, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

You will travel regularly to job sites, work with RF systems and cables, interpret drawings, and perform advanced testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related trade school education.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services.
• Experience overseeing crews and supporting field operations.
• Certified climber/rescue; OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, Competent Rigging & Hoisting; other relevant safety certs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician on site directing daily crew operations.
• Climb towers up to 500 feet and perform installation, alignment, and troubleshooting of antennas and radios.
• Review construction drawings and RF specs to ensure proper execution.
• Perform advanced testing (sweep, PIM) and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members; travel to job sites; maintain equipment and site safety.
