Job summary

InfraServices is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee wireless tower construction and maintenance across assigned job sites. You will lead field crews, coordinate resources, and train technicians to deliver safe, high‑quality work while adhering to customer and company standards.

You will climb towers up to 500 feet, perform advanced testing, and ensure on‑time project execution with a focus on safety and efficiency.Travel is regular, including overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related trade school education.
• Five years of experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services.
• Two years in supervisory or leadership role.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of tower crews, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on all projects.
• Climb and perform work on communication towers up to 500 feet as required.
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas, radios, hybrids, connectors, and mounts.
• Interpret construction documents and RF specifications; ensure accurate installation per scope.
• Manage job site logistics, materials, schedules, and documentation.
• Oversee advanced testing and troubleshooting (sweep, fiber, PIM).
