Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Tower Technician II in Vista, CA to perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless towers and related infrastructure. You will work at heights up to 500 feet, lead tasks on job sites, and mentor junior technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

The role requires OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), First Aid/CPR, and certification readiness; strong skills with tools, GPS, and diagnostic equipment support efficient field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or related trade school education.
• One to two years of experience in wireless tower construction or maintenance.
• Must have or obtain and maintain OSHA 10 Construction Training Card (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Must have or obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Climb and work on towers up to 500 feet.
• Install, test, and maintain antennas, radios, lines, connectors, and mounts.
• Lead or assist in assembling monopoles, self-support towers, and guyed towers.
• Follow safety practices and complete timecards and safety checklists.
