Job summary

InfraServices LLC in New York is seeking a Tower Technician III to lead on-site crews for installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless towers. The role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will train teammates, coordinate site activities, review drawings and RF specs, perform sweep and PIM tests, and travel to multiple sites with extended hours. OSHA 30, rescue, CPR, and rigging certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related trade school preferred.
• 3–5 years in wireless tower construction/maintenance.
• Experience leading crews and on-site safety management.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card and Climber/Rescue Certification required.
• First Aid and CPR Certification required.
• Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site tower crew operations ensuring safety and quality.
• Climb towers up to 500 feet and perform installations.
• Interpret drawings, RF specs, and perform tests (sweep, PIM, fiber).
• Train team members and mentor less experienced workers.
• Travel regularly to job sites, including overnight stays.
