Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Tower Technician II to perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless towers and related infrastructure. You will work at heights up to 500 feet, lead task execution on job sites, and mentor junior technicians to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong documentation, and a commitment to following industry safety practices, with travel to multiple sites as needed and a focus on delivering reliable

Qualifications

• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to use sweep testing equipment and other diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency with GPS, test equipment, and site audit tools.

Responsibilities

• Climb and work on towers and elevated structures up to 500 feet.
• Install, test, and maintain antennas, radios, lines, connectors, and mounts.
• Lead or assist in assembly of monopoles, self-support, and guyed towers.
• Use hand and power tools at ground and elevated levels.
• Perform weatherproofing, fiber testing, and other tests.
• Maintain and inspect rigging equipment and ensure safe hoisting.
