Job summary

Nordex Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end wind project delivery across major projects in North America. You will coordinate commercial and technical teams, manage critical path, and drive safety, quality, and margin while delivering on time and within contract terms.

The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, excellent stakeholder engagement with customers and subcontractors, and adherence to Nordex QHSE policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in managing complex energy or wind projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and interfacing with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance across full lifecycle (Sales-to-PM handover, execution readiness, launch, reporting).
• Own integrated project performance balancing HSE, quality, schedule, cost, and cash collection.
• Serve as primary customer interface building trusted relationships with executives and teams.
