Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex wind projects in the United States and Canada, from sales handover through commissioning and handover to Service. You will be the primary customer-facing leader coordinating across Commercial PM, Site, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to protect safety, quality, and margins.

You will drive schedule, cost control, risk management, and contractual governance while mentoring teams and aligning with Nordex standards and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
10+ years in complex energy or large-scale construction projects preferred, with wind-execution focus in NA.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, governance, and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project governance across the full lifecycle from Sales-to-PM handover to Service handover.
Manage project performance balancing HSE, quality, schedule, cost, margin, and cash collection.
Maintain strong customer interfaces with executives and stakeholders; communicate status and risks clearly.
