Job summary

Nordex Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of large wind projects in the United States and Canada. You will coordinate across Commercial PM, Site, Engineering, Logistics, Construction, and Finance, ensuring safety, quality, and margins while protecting customer satisfaction.

You will mentor junior project staff, manage contractual changes, and drive proactive risk management, with travel to project sites and offices as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent extensive industry experience.
• 10+ years in complex energy/infrastructure or large-scale construction program leadership.
• Proven track record with customer governance, contractor management, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project governance across the full lifecycle, from sales handover to PM-to-Service handover.
• Own integrated project performance, balancing HSE, quality, schedule, cost, and cash collection.
• Interface with customer executives and internal Nordex leadership to communicate status, risks, and escalations.
