Job summary

Nordex SE is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality activities across project execution for North American projects. You will ensure turbine deliveries meet customer specs and Nordex quality standards, acting as the primary quality representative for customers and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in project quality or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Quality Management or related roles.
• Experience with ISO 9001, APQP, or similar quality systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively in North America and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary quality representative for customers during project execution.
• Review customer quality requirements during offers and tendering.
• Develop and manage Project Quality Plans for North American projects.
• Lead corrective actions and verify long-term resolution.
